Mr. Grodin's Class Practices Mindful Meditation



   After their focused breathing exercise, using their Chrome Books, headsets and, the students clapped! They reported a feeling of being more calm and relaxed.

     One of our students added that he felt that he was getting stressed at home, and he knew what he could do.  He went to his room and used the tools he learned in class to meditate on what he was feeling and thinking and brought his stress level down immediately!
