FOIL Request

 Complete the ONLINE FOIL REQUEST FORM for FOIL request.

New York State's Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) allows members of the public to access records of governmental or educational agencies.

Foil requests must be made in writing, either in hard copy or electronically, to the Records Access Officer. The school district will acknowledge receipt within five business days.  Every attempt will be made to meet your request in a timely manner, however, we may need the twenty (20) business days allowable by law to obtain the information requested.  

If you are unable to view the online form or would like a paper form, contact the district records officer at (845) 497-4000 ext. 27038.  A representative of the district will respond within seven (7) days.
