Goal #1: Student Success
To support and promote college and career readiness via student success and achievement, as well as innovation and creativity.  To accomplish this the District recognizes the importance of attracting and retaining a highly qualified and diverse staff that is student centered, enthusiastic, and committed to professional excellence.

Goal #2:  Budget 
To effectively communicate to the community the impact of the new State mandates and the subsequent budgetary impact to both program and staffing, and to present and pass a budget that maximizes opportunities for the District while being mindful of the State imposed Tax Levy Cap legislation.

Goal #3:  Contract Agreements
To settle mutually agreed upon contracts with our bargaining units that allows the District to continue to deliver the high student achievement Washingtonville is known for, while providing a long term sustainable financial structure that is affordable to the community.
